In this case report, Dr. Francisco Reyna-Sepulveda was included as the only author; however, Fernando Montes-Tapia was also an author and the surgeon who performed and developed the technique and assisted in drafting and reviewing the manuscript. Due to a missing, He was not included in the author list.
