Entrepreneurial Skills and Business Performance: A Systematic Review

Entrepreneurial skills play a crucial role in determining the success and sustainability of business ventures. In today’s competitive business environment, entrepreneurs require a combination of technical, managerial, financial, communication, and leadership skills to achieve organizational goals and maintain business growth. These skills influence decision-making, innovation, customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and overall business performance. This systematic review examines the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and business performance by analyzing existing literature on entrepreneurial competencies and their impact on business success. The review highlights major entrepreneurial skills, their contribution to organizational performance, and challenges faced by entrepreneurs in skill development. The findings suggest that entrepreneurial skills significantly influence productivity, profitability, innovation, and long-term business sustainability.....
