It is the only journal dedicated to Neonatal Surgery- a developing specialty. The journal also provides an opportunity for learning "Medical Writing" for young pediatric and neonatal surgeons. Our editorial team works hard to guide new writers in this field. The journal publishes quality research that will improve outcomes of neonatal surgery, especially in resource-constrained settings. Our main aim is to reduce morbidity and mortality of neonatal surgery by publishing the latest trends in this discipline, in a special context to developing countries. We invite pediatric and neonatal surgeons for their quality contributions to the Journal of Neonatal Surgery and for helping us achieve these goals.</span></p> en-US Scopus Scores for year 2023 https://jneonatalsurg.com/index.php/jns/announcement/view/9 <p>&nbsp;</p> <div style="height: 100px; width: 180px; font-family: Arial, Verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff; display: inline-block;"> <div style="padding: 0px 16px;"> <div style="padding-top: 3px; line-height: 1;"> <div style="float: left; font-size: 28px;"><span id="citescoreVal" style="letter-spacing: -2px; display: inline-block; padding-top: 7px; line-height: .75;">0.3</span></div> <div style="float: right; font-size: 14px; padding-top: 3px; text-align: right;"><span id="citescoreYearVal" style="display: block;">2023</span>CiteScore</div> </div> <div style="clear: both;">&nbsp;</div> <div style="padding-top: 3px;"> <div style="height: 4px; background-color: #dcdcdc;"> <div id="percentActBar" style="height: 4px; background-color: #007398; width: 13%;">&nbsp;</div> </div> <div style="font-size: 11px;"><span id="citescorePerVal">13th percentile</span></div> </div> <div style="font-size: 12px; text-align: right;">Powered by &nbsp;<img style="width: 50px; height: 15px;" src="https://www.scopus.com/static/images/scopusLogoOrange.svg" alt="Scopus"></div> </div> </div> <p>SJR 2023: 0.159</p> <p>SNIP 2023: 0.249</p> Journal of Neonatal Surgery 2023-06-07 Collaboration with PSON https://jneonatalsurg.com/index.php/jns/announcement/view/7 <p>The Editorial team of the Journal of Neonatal Surgery feels immense pleasure to announce its collaboration with the Paediatric Surgery Online Society (<a href="https://psonsweb.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PSON</a>). However, all the users could not be shifted to the new version. We are in process of shifting all the under processing manuscripts to the new system. Users are however requested to check if their account is not shifted, they can register a new account as an author and reviewer or reader.&nbsp;</p> <p>The journal has decided to pursue Issue free publishing model which is in true sense an electrnic publishing model. As the manuscripts are accepted and finalized as galleys, these will be published in the running volume of the journal. This will also help avoid publication delays and will disperse the new research to the community in time.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are grateful to our authors, reviewers, and readers who always promoted Journal of Neonatal Surgery.&nbsp;</p> <p>Best wishes and Regards</p> <p>Editorial Team&nbsp;</p> Journal of Neonatal Surgery 2020-07-20
